6. Data Retention

  • Order records: Kept for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
  • Marketing emails: Until you unsubscribe (plus 30 days for deactivation)
  • Website analytics: 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default)
  • Customer service tickets: 3 years

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Security

We take security seriously:

  • All transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS
  • Payment information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers (we never see your card number)
